In ABIS, the dimensioning respects the norm for building plan dimensions and
annotations, but remains flexible and adaptable to other standards or to your individual style.

ABIS 3D contains dimensions associated with normal dimensioning, additions, height,
projection, openings, angles and circle arc dimensions. The reference points of one dimension ruler
are identical to the points of the elements being dimensioned. This
means that the dimensions are automatically updated if the related
element is modified in any way (even if the dimensions are on a transparent
layer at the time of modification).
For example, the removal of an
opening leads to the automatic removal of the corresponding dimension ruler.

ABIS 3D automatically calculates the area, the perimeter and the volume of rooms,
by one simple click of the mouse.
If the outline of a room to delimit does not explicitly exist in the plan, the calculations
can be performed on the basis of manual outline input by the user.
